DRY APPLICATION: Swirl a small amount of loose shadow in the cap with your eyeshadow brush. Tap away any excess and brush onto your eyelids in a sweeping motion.
WET APPLICATION: Spray a small amount of water or a small amount of our Makeup Setting Mist into the shadow cap, then add your desired amount of eyeshadow. Swirl the shadow and water together and brush onto your eyelids.
