Shipping and Handling

We ship Monday- Friday 8:00am- 4:00pm from our facility in North Carolina. Sweet Face Minerals does not ship on the weekends as our business is closed.

Shipping Time: If you know us, then you know that we are lightning fast when it comes to shipping! We want you to have your products as soon as you can and that is why we work hard to get your carefully packaged order out the door within 24-48 hours of cleared payment. Postal transit time is normally 3-5 business days. You will have the option at checkout to upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 days) or USPS Express Shipping (1-2 days). 

Domestic: This one is pretty easy since we offer FREE shipping on most of the items in our store. If shipping charges are required, you will only pay the exact amount that it costs us to ship to you and we do not make any money off of the postage. 

PO Box/APO/FPO: Buyers with PO boxes can expect the same 3-5 business day transit time. APO/FPO buyers may experience delays depending on global location and other international regulations. 

International: Sweet Face Minerals does not offer free shipping on International orders. Shipping times may take 7 business days or they make take 28 business days or longer, we have no control over the time frame and we are not responsible for transit times. If a package becomes "lost" in transit, we cannot issue another order or issue a refund until that package has been returned back to us. We always offer shipping discounts on combined orders so if you are unsure of the postage amount, just ask us. Occasionally, the computer does not process the correct postage charges for large quantities of bulk goods. If this is the case, we will contact you for the correct postage charge or refund your payment for excess postage charges. If you prefer to email us your bulk order, we will email you a custom invoice.

Worldwide Orders: Clients are responsible for customs restrictions, fees, duties, import taxes, etc in their respective countries. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. In the event that a shipment is returned to us by the postal service, we will refund your original price, minus the shipping fees. We are not responsible for items detained in customs. Please understand your customs rules pertaining to the items you order. The buyer assumes full responsibility for any seized items.

Shipping Address: Please make sure your address is correct and exact on your account because we ship to the address supplied with your payment. If you need an alternate address, please add it to your account before making your payment. If your package is returned back to us due to missing information or incorrect information, we will need to collect postage charges in order to reship the package.

Tracking: Every order will receive a tracking number once the package has shipped. We are not the USPS, we do not work for the postal system, we have absolutely no control over how long the packages take to get from Point A to Point B. We rush the packages out the door and then after that, we only know exactly what you know. If there is ever any doubt, we encourage you to purchase insurance on your package at checkout. We will not refund your order or re-ship your package if your tracking number is showing as "delivered". We are sure that you're very honest but we can only go off of what we see on our screen. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchange Policy: Sometimes resolving an issue is just a matter of exchanging the shade of Foundation. Just send back the Foundation only (not the whole kit if you ordered a kit) and be sure to write us a note with your full name, address, order number and which shade you would prefer instead and we will exchange it for you right away. Please email us beforehand so that we can help as best we can and a representative will get back to you within 24 hours or on Monday if you have contacted us during the weekend.  

Return Policy: All products come with a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, return the product back to us and you will be refunded your purchase price minus the shipping fees. Once any postage has been used whether it's paid for by the buyer or the seller, it becomes non-refundable and non-negotiable.  All returns must be approved by us first and include a tracking number, failure to do so may delay the refund. If products are still sealed and unopened, a refund will be issued. Sweet Face Minerals reserves the right to a 20% disposal fee for discarding used products. 

Bulk Return Policy: Refunds or exchanges on bulk products will only be given if the package is still factory sealed. Due to sanitary reasons, the bags must not be opened if you are going to return them. We will not bring opened bags back into our facility. We are a Green Company and opened bulk is outside of our heath code and will be disposed of. We are very strict about this rule, no exceptions. This product comes with a 7 day money back guarantee or exchange. Please be sure you are aware of this return policy before you buy in bulk.

 ***We offer all of our products in sample sizes, we strongly encourage you to try our samples first if you are unsure of colors, textures, skin sensitivities, etc...

We are the most honest little company that you will every meet. In each listing, we try to be as accurate as possible. We understand that buyers may perceive a photo differently and that is why we state the size of the jars and weight of the powder inside of each jar.

We work very hard to answer emails immediately. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and you will not be disappointed! Please allow us time to respond.
