Shipping & Handling

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM from our facility in North Carolina. Our business is closed on weekends and major holidays.

Shipping Speed
We work hard to ship orders quickly. Most orders leave our facility within 24 hours. Standard USPS delivery time is typically 3–5 business days.

At checkout you may upgrade shipping to:
• USPS Priority Mail – approximately 2–3 business days
• USPS Express Mail – approximately 1–2 business days

Domestic Shipping
Many items in our store include free shipping. If shipping charges apply, you will only pay the actual postage cost. We do not add handling fees.

PO Boxes / APO / FPO
Orders shipped to PO Boxes generally arrive within the same 3–5 business day window. APO/FPO deliveries may take longer depending on destination and military postal processing.

International Shipping
International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Delivery times vary widely and may take 7–28 business days or longer depending on customs processing and local postal services. Sweet Face Minerals is not responsible for postal transit delays.

Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. If a shipment is refused or returned due to customs restrictions, the original purchase price will be refunded minus shipping costs.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We ship to the address provided with your payment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage will be required to resend the order.

Tracking Information
All orders receive a tracking number once shipped. While we ship orders quickly, we cannot control USPS transit times. If tracking shows a package as delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements but we will help you find it. Please contact your local post office first for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy
All products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs.

Returns must be approved in advance. Once shipping postage has been used, it becomes non-refundable.

If products are unopened and sealed, a full refund will be issued. Sweet Face Minerals reserves the right to charge a 20% disposal fee for used products that must be discarded for sanitary reasons.

Foundation Shade Exchanges
Sometimes the easiest solution is simply exchanging your foundation shade. Return the foundation jar only (not the entire kit if you purchased a kit) along with a note including:

• Your name
• Order number
• Shipping address
• The shade you would like instead

Please contact us before sending an exchange so we can assist you and ensure the process goes smoothly.

Bulk Product Returns
Bulk products may only be returned if the factory seal remains intact and the bag has not been opened. For sanitation and safety reasons, opened bulk bags cannot be returned to our facility.

We strongly recommend trying our sample sizes before purchasing bulk quantities to ensure color match and product compatibility.
