Our matte mineral eyeliners deliver rich, smooth color with a clean, velvety finish. Finely milled for precise application, these versatile shades can be used as classic eyeliners or softly smudged for definition. Long-lasting and non-drying, they provide bold pigment without shine or shimmer. Use wet or dry.

For best color payoff and extended wear, apply over our Gel Primer to enhance adhesion and longevity.

This is a 5 gram jar filled to capacity with 2 grams of powder.

DRY APPLICATION: Swirl a small amount of loose shadow in the cap with your eyeshadow brush. Tap away any excess and brush onto your eyelids in a sweeping motion.

WET APPLICATION: Spray a small amount of water or a small amount of our Makeup Setting Mist into the shadow cap, then add your desired amount of eyeshadow. Swirl the shadow and water together and brush onto your eyelids.

**Pro Tip: Use our Primer Base Gel as an eyeshadow base, for a richer, more vibrant color payoff, and your shadow will stay put all day long.
