Application Tips for Loose Powder Eye Liner

• Apply Eye Shadow before applying Eye Liner
• Use a flat head or an angled eye liner brush
• Start with a light line and build the color up with layers
• On the upper eye lid, start at the inner part of your lid and draw the line out.
• On the lower eye, start further out from the inside corner just under the eye lashes, as close to them as possible, and take the line out to the edge to meet the upper liner. Same as above, start with a light line and build up the color with layers.
• Q-Tips are a great tool if you make a mistake or end up with extra powder on your cheeks.
• If you want a bolder look, dampen the brush with water and then apply the eye liner.
• Use our Primer Base Gel as an eyeshadow base, for a richer, more vibrant color payoff, and your shadow will stay put all day long.
