    The brown looks like it was going to be too light. Not at all! It goes on dark! If you were eye primer the liner seems to stay in place longer. I only wish the flat head brush had stiffer bristles.

    I ordered these wanting to try out. These colors are highly pigmented. I just wish the brown (curious) was little darker. I will continue to experiment with it to see if I add more will become darker. The black (confusion) is highly pigmented and is beautiful. Since they are in powder form, will need to make sure to tap the brush so there will be no fall out as it will get on your face.

    I am not good with makeup- let me get that out there right away. But, these mineral eye liners are great! I use the brush that came with them- I can put the color right at the base of my lashes, and you can't even tell I used anything! You can build up the color, and even use it wet, if you go for a more dramatic look. I'm 46, and have trouble with crepey eyelids- this gives you a good color, without cracking and settling in wrinkles. I love how forgiving these powders are. I wish the brown was less reddish, and more chocolatey (but I still use the brown a lot) and I don't think the lids on the pots fit very well- but this is my go-to eyeliner. It has great staying power. I love it.

    They go on great and last long but the brown is too red. Disappointed that I can't use it for eyebrows.
